Are You Willing to Fight for Your Freedom?

As far as I can tell, the Trump-Russia collusion story appears to be nothing more than a desperate attempt by Donald Trump’s enemies (both Democratic and Republican) to distract from his impressive accomplishments to date.

If Robert Mueller comes up with some hard facts that indicate otherwise, then it’s a different story.  But at this point in time, there simply are no facts to suggest anything illegal has occurred between the Trump administration and the Russians.

Setting aside wild accusations by the Dirty Dems, the consensus from many serious scholars seems to be that Donald Trump is not guilty of either an illegal or impeachable offense.  Even liberal law professors such as Jonathan Turley of Georgetown U. and Alan Dershowitz of Harvard have said they do not believe the Trump administration has done anything untoward.  In fact, Dershowitz has gone on record as saying that even the appointment of a special prosecutor was wrong on several counts.

That said, I believe that the one thing Trump really is guilty of, in addition to his not being able to control his ego and his penchant for responding to every petty, unfounded accusation, is that he failed to terminate all Obama holdovers immediately upon taking office.  This is SOP for any new president, yet the guy who is most famous for unhesitatingly speaking the words “You’re fired” couldn’t bring himself to do it when his enemies were plotting against him from inside his own home.

It’s a virtual certainty that these Dirty Dem hacks are the ones who are illegally leaking information to the press and other sources, which means, in effect, that Trump himself is guilty by virtue of his own stupidity in allowing them to stay on.  Wake up, DT!  This isn’t a Miss America Contest spat.  This is war!  Literally!

So, now that the Dirty Dems finally have their special prosecutor, where does the investigation go from here?  No one knows for certain, but it’s likely to go on for one to three years.   That could be very bad for Trump, but if his hands are perfectly clean, it could also turn out to be the biggest blunder in political history for the Dirty Dems.  In fact, I believe there’s at least a 75 percent chance that their “take down Trump by any means necessary” strategy is going to backfire on them.

As I understand it, Mueller will have wide discretion to expand his investigation to other crimes he stumbles upon, and we know for a fact that Dirty Dems have committed numerous felonies, so only the Lord knows what new crimes Mueller may discover.

If this is a serious, honest investigation, there are many Dirty Dems that could be sweating bullets as things move along.  I’m talking about blatant lawbreakers like Horrible Hillary and her Muslim Brotherhood sweetheart Huma Abedin … Lois “I did nothing wrong” Lerner … Liar Emeritus Susan Rice … Black Lives Matter and New Black Panther Party favorite Eric Holder … puppet Loretta Lynch … and, of course, her puppet master, Barack Obama — all of whom have committed obvious and numerous crimes.

Wouldn’t it be delicious to see any or all of these criminals prosecuted, convicted, and led out of the courtroom in handcuffs?  Even if just a few of them are put on trial — coupled with Mueller’s declaring Trump to be innocent of any wrongdoing — it would be enough to effectively put the humiliated Dirty Dems out of business.  In such a scenario, only Donald Trump’s big mouth would be capable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

But if, by some miracle, the Dirty Dems get their wish and Trump were to actually be impeached, that could be the worst problem of all for them, because it might just turn out to be a case of “be careful what you wish for or you may get it.”

Why is that?  Because Mike Pence is far more conservative than Donald Trump, just as tough (but in a silent, Gary Cooper sort of way), a devout Christian who cannot be intimidated into not enforcing religious-freedom laws, a loving husband who (unlike Trump) puts his love for his wife on display for all to see, and is basically in total agreement with most of Trump’s agenda.

That isn’t to say that the Dirty Dems wouldn’t make up preposterous stuff about Pence.  They would.  But he would not overreact like Trump, nor would he try to defend absurd accusations by taking to Twitter.  After being booed by the audience and lectured by the lead character when he took his family to see the Broadway musical “Hamilton,” he simply smiled and told his children, “That’s what freedom sounds like.”

In other words, the Dirty Dems would not be able to jerk his strings.  He’s solid as a rock and tough as nails.  And, best of all, he’s humble.

So, in truth, the ugly situation that the Dirty Dems, with the help of Donald Trump, have created is not about Trump at all.  Nor is it about any other individual.  It’s about the criminal elite’s control of America being in serious jeopardy for the first time ever.

By criminal elite, I’m not just referring to most of those in the Democratic Party, but also moles in the Republican Party such as Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, Paul Ryan, John McCain, the Bushes, Susan Collins, and Lindsey Graham, to name but a few of the more obvious swamp creatures.

If Trump somehow gets taken down by the Dirty Dems, those freedom-loving, fed-up Americans who so enthusiastically supported him in the belief that he would drain the swamp and turn America around will be left with only two choices:  (1)  take matters into their own hands or (2) allow themselves and their progeny to live in bondage.

Translation:  If your goal is freedom, you have to be willing to stand up and fight for it.  Which means, above all, fighting the enemy from within — those in Washington, the media, Hollywood, and elsewhere who are intent on silencing all dissenting voices while they continue their destruction of American values, American culture, and American liberty.

If you’re all in for this fight, you can start by arming yourself with the facts and using those facts to challenge every lie and every piece of fake news you encounter.  If the 63 million people who voted to drain the swamp last November would all do the same, the Dirty Dems would not have such an easy time fooling the millions of low-information folks who accept everything they read and hear as gospel.

VERY well said, Robert. I just hope many of your readers will send this on to others.

The rub with the special prosecutor is that it is a ruse for time. It is odds on that: i.e. no final decision will be reached by the 2018 election. Which was the goal along. The Democrat party has a difficult election in the Senate .. their hope is to flip the house and the Senate so that then can impeach Trump and have a shot at ejecting him in the Senate … but the goal is to flip the houses of congress such that they can never again face this condition. They are committed to ending the constitution and seeing that it is impossible for anyone to ever again take control of the government. They have no philosophy. They use tactics as a philosophy most from the former Chicago Mob lead by Al Capone where Saul Alinsky, by his own admission, worked for two years… Their whole political philosophy is to gain control of the system and the key to tax payer dollars to buy votes and remain in power with the huge monetary rewards as we have seen by the Clintons….

Those Dirty Dems just can't get it through their thick heads that Donald Trump won this election last fall. They cannot and will never accept this fact. All of this is another desperate attempt to disrupt his agenda and get him removed from office. And they will fabricate any dirt and make up any lie in order to accomplish this.

Agreed Gary, this one should be shared with everyone we know.

Indeed, we do need to fight. Oftentimes things can be learned from ones enemies. The statists have used the moral high-ground and "bribery" in a very effective way. However, they do this very carefully and in subtle ways so as not to have their followers think of themselves as unvirtuous. Additionally, the statist maintains power by directly and overtly demonizing his opposition. I am saying our message of prosperity/freedom/opportunity is NOT enough. If we ever hope to keep and elect people who are like-minded, we must use some of the same tactics that the leftists use so effectively. In the latest national election, and the previous one, and the one prior to that… there was so much "low hanging fruit" regarding HC, that could easily have been used against her (without resorting to flat out lies told by the statists) in order to sway the election against her. We simply have to get used to the idea that people will support our side much more handily for reasons based on immature emotional reactions rather than "our message". In other words, we must also learn how to demonize the opposition. This can be done by simply and frankly speaking the truth. Yes—we have to be willing to “get our hands dirty”. Unless we are willing to get our hands dirty (fight), we will give up victory to those who are obviously willing to do so.

I admire VPOS Pence. I wasn't sure beforehand…it's refreshing to see someone of character who acts like an adult.

I like both Trump's and Pence's style. Moreover, I will not judge Trumps approach to things too harshly as it got him this far despite not-so-polite correction from his critics. Robert is right when he says that this is "war." The only thing in this war that has kept the fake media at bay is the big gun known as Twitter.

      • larajf says:

Don't get me wrong. I like big Trumps and I cannot lie 😀 (riffing on I like big butts, but not saying he is…)
Trump cuts through the bologna. I just wish he'd let go of some things. Still, I can't help but feel he has a master strategy and he's playing the media.

  8. theczech says:

Facts matter but so does cash. People who think that they can reason with unreasonable people are mistaken. It takes money, and lots of it, tactically and strategically deployed to win this "war." May I suggest that freedom lovers send money to their favorite freedom fighting organization…soon and often.

  9. theczech says:

Oh, and by the way; few things are as effective in our current messed up system as well planned law suits. Just bear in mind that the last great war between the states started that way – law suits, suspension of writs of habeous corpus, arrests of certain state legislators etc. …you did say this is war didn't you?

  10. theczech says:

We'll be fine as long as we have the bread and circus – don't worry.

  11. TN Ray says:

It's doubtful Mueller would expose Obama regime criminals. That would be suicide. The press would quickly turn the tables and Mueller would be the demon. The Swamp creatures who profit from Washington corruption (including Mueller) have no interest in truth, justice, or solving America's perceived problems. Only in maintaining the corrupt system. That's why they are trying desperately to destroy Trump.

  12. Reality Seeker says:

Mueller preceded Comey, which means he, too, is a swamp creature. Keep in mind that while Director Mueller couldn't even see what Hillary and Bill were doing with their pay-to-play Clinton Foundation, which also means Mueller can't see something so obvious that he probably can't find his ass with both hands.

They got nothing on Trump. If they did, it would have been leaked already. John McCain and Lindsey Gramcracker are obsessed with taking down Trump. Those two are in contact on a daily basis with members of Trump's Cabinet.

The GOP Swamp Creatures want to make something up that'll stick to Trump and sabotage Trump's agenda. Trump needs to go on a firing spree and replace anybody in the Justice (sic) Department who doesn't want to prosecute Hillary and Bill. Get Hillary and Bill and Obama will fall, too.

I know Trump wants to focus on making business deals for America, but at some point Hillary needs to go to jail.

By the way, how about that Bitcoin?

If you'd have bought $100 of Bitcoin seven years ago, you'd have 75 million dollars now. I wonder how much farther the digital tulips are going to go before the speculation goes south. Cryptos are fascinating to watch as the block chain makes history. What a colossal bubble ! Never seen such speculation in its purest form. Amazing!

  13. Ivan says:

The opening and closing of hillarys case just needs to stay open now. I think DT will orchestrate the right people to bring her to justice. We must not let DT reneg on his vow to have her investigated. It's good that her investigation is now under DT's watch because BO would have pardoned her.

  14. Rock Roach says:

I think the whole thing backfires on the Dems, and everyday they become more irrelevant with leaders like Maxine Waters. It really doesn't matter in California, where Waters and her coconspirators hurt the Dems is in places like Michigan,Penn,Wisconsin, and Ohio.Moderate Dems, whose votes count, can see through these venomous animals.
And secondly like you have said(and I brought up at work the other day)- If Trump somehow got impeached,it isn't very likely that Pence would lose the 2020 election ala Gerald Ford.Pence would be an even harder candidate for the Dems to defeat under any circumstances.I think one of the main reasons Trump won the election was the difference in Pence and Tim Kane the buffoon.

Once again, great commentary! Thanks Robert.

  16. Ragnar says:

The idea that you can fight for freedom is a myth. People have been fighting for thousands of years but we still don't have freedom – why? Freedom can not be achieved by just electing the right person, if that were true how long is it going to take. Political action is not the path to freedom. If you are curious the knowledge is available to understand that freedom is a product, which is the complete protection of property, and must be built by those that know how.

    • Uncle Albert says:

Your idea is cryptic: Freedom is a product… must be built by those who know how". I don't get your meaning at all – what is it that you're not saying ?

  17. Jyake says:

    >> If this is a serious, honest investigation, there are many Dirty Dems that could be sweating bullets as things move along.<< Robert was talking about Mueller, but he's already right in a way, in that the Democrats have already been "hoist with their own petard" with Comey having revealed that Loretta Lynch told him to call the investigation of Hillary a "matter." (Thus the joke going round that the FBI should now be called the FBM: the Federal Bureau of Matters.)

  18. Uncle Albert says:

So if you're going to "fight", put some real teeth into your fight: Contribute Money ! Stop being so damm cheap, and put your money where your mouth is. Give money, real money, not the "$35 minimum membership" nonsense, to organizations that have proven over and over again with court victories that they are swamp-drainers. Ramp it up – $100 a month, and give it to outfits like Judicial Watch (judicialwatch.org), Pacific Justice Institute (pacificjustice.org), Institute for Justice (IJ.org)… who are proven winners in court battles against corruption and government run amok.

  19. lionel says:

As you mentioned in the post, people need to protest against the problems and they will have to fight hard for getting the rights. The rights of the public should be protected irrespective of the type of government whether it is democratic or republic.cheaptabletrentals.com
