What If Trump Actually Wins?

You would think Hillary haters everywhere would be rejoicing the fact that the FBI found her guilty of committing multiple federal crimes. But a funny thing happened on the way to prison: FBI director James Comey inexplicably recommended that Hillary not be indicted and thus be allowed to continue her decades-long crime spree. That’s right — the Face of Evil once again proved that the Clinton Book of Laws for Elites overrides the laws of the United States of America.

Of course, everyone — even those on the radical left — realizes that Hillary is guilty of multiple felonies and that her being allowed to skate was made possible by a collaboration among BHO, Loretta Lynch, Bubba, and James Comey. But you already know all this, so it’s not any great revelation.

The question on the front burner now is where this farcical lack of justice will lead. To lay the foundation for such a discussion, let’s start with a handful of things we know for certain.

  1. Hillary Clinton is a walking crime machine, a career criminal beyond rehabilitation.
  2. She’s also a serial liar, having lied repeatedly about such events as Benghazi, the connection between donations to the Clinton Foundation and gargantuan speaking fees paid to the Hillbillies (not to mention favors granted to foreign governments while she was Secretary of State), and, of course, the use of a private email server to prevent authorities from having access to her emails.
  3. She refuses to release her speeches to Wall Street firms who paid her millions of dollars for presentations ranging from 20 to 45 minutes. The reason for this is almost as obvious as why an elected president would have his college records sealed.
  4. Contrary to James Comey’s absurd conclusion that his FBI team could not find any intent on Hillary’s part, the truth is that everything about Hillary’s illegal email activities was intentional. The fact that the FBI uncovered lie after lie is, of and by itself, conclusive proof of her intent to deceive. (I’ll be generous here and not even go into the fact that the law specifically states that intent is irrelevant in determining whether or not someone is guilty of mishandling classified information.)
  5. Hillary hates Barack Obama, and Obama hates both her and Bubba. You can bet that the world’s most narcissistic community organizer has never forgotten Bill Clinton’s purported comment to Ted Kennedy back in 2008, to wit: ”A few years ago, this guy (Obama) would have been getting us coffee.” I’m told that community organizers have very long memories.
  6. Because Obama has Hillary by the short hairs, she gritted her teeth and made the pragmatic decision to do his bidding in exchange for his doing everything he can to help her get elected — and continue to do his bidding after she’s in office. It may be the first time in history that the Devil made a deal with the Devil.

As to number six above, those who listen to the media hype that Obama is viewed favorably by slightly more than half of the public ignore the results of the last three elections (one presidential and two midterms). Obama received nearly 10 million fewer votes in 2012 than in 2008 — against cowardly Mitt Romney, no less, who was more interested in apologizing for his success (much of which resulted from his expertise in putting companies into bankruptcy and laying off employees) than exposing Obama’s lies and purposeful destruction of the U.S. economy.

In other words, based on actual votes, Obama’s popularity dropped by nearly 15 percent in just four years. In fact, he received less votes in the 2012 presidential election than John McCain received when he ran against him in 2008! That’s a stunning figure.

Obama’s loss in popularity was clearly evident in the fact that not only did Democrats lose the House in 2010 and the Senate in 2014, but, more specifically, most of the candidates he actively campaigned for ended up losing. The fact is that only the radical left and brain-dead, low-information voters still support him.

Thus, as I have repeatedly pointed out, Hillary’s tying herself to Obama is a sure loser — provided Trump’s handlers can get him under control. That means getting him to stop making unnecessary, self-destructive statements and teaching him how to make a point in one minute instead of droning on for fifteen. If he were elected, Trump might actually turn out to be a relatively good president (emphasis on might), but he won’t get elected if he continues to put people to sleep with repetition-filled, 66-minute talks.

If Trump keeps screwing up and proves me wrong (i.e., my prediction that Hillary will never be president) by handing the presidency to Hillary, it will be the end of what’s left of the United States. Under a Hillary presidency (a euphemism for an Obama third-term), tyranny would reign.

There would be no way to stop, or even slow down, the Marxist agenda of the Democrats — a radical-left Supreme Court, gun confiscation, an expanded version of Obamacare, totally open borders that would include millions of unvetted Middle East refugees, ongoing stoking of the racial-divide fires, an end to the coal-mining industry, etc., etc., etc. The list is very, very long.

So, what if Trump does win, which he should do easily? Right now, I see one huge problem with a Trump administration that I don’t believe many of his supporters have even thought about. The establishment — on both the left and the right — so despises him that the House and Senate could make it virtually impossible for him to take the actions necessary to start undoing the damage done by Obama and his Marxist minions.

Can you imagine Trump having to fight not only malevolent, corrupt folks like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Dick Durbin, but also lowlife Republicans like Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and Lindsey Graham?

Normally, I love gridlock in Washington, because it stops politicians from engaging in more redistribution of wealth, more economy-killing regulations, and more unconstitutional legislation of all kinds. But if the scoundrels riding the Demopublican gravy train are able to prevent Trump from waging a full-scale war against corruption, waste, and special treatment for the political class, his only alternative would be to take a cue from Obama and create his own laws through executive orders.

And the latter, I believe, would likely fail, because the same legislators who have been kissing Obama’s ring for nearly eight years are, by contrast, not the least bit afraid of Trump. On the contrary, I believe a large number of those Obama ring-kissers would do anything to block Trump’s every move and, if possible, totally destroy him. I would not be surprised to see impeachment proceedings come about early in his first term.

That said, we’ll have a better idea of how a Trump presidency is likely to play out by watching the Republican National Convention next week. If he can’t get a substantial percentage of the Republican Party’s anti-Trump crybabies to get on board and Hillary/Obama actually win, my recommendation to all who can afford it is to start studying up on places like the Cayman Islands, St. Thomas, St. Croix, and the British Virgin Islands.

Of course, there’s always a chance that Trump’s post-election popularity would be so high that the gravy-trainers would find themselves fighting for their own political lives and thus decide to make nice to Trump in order to save their own hides.

But enough conjecture. Next stop: Cleveland. If nothing else, it’s going to be great theater.

RJR can see the reality of it all in this article. And, it scares me to death. The question remains, will there ever be serious push back by the 'normal' people of this country? Those people not in the ruling elite circles of DC, LA and Chicago. Will we roll over?

    • Problem is in the long-run, it is not likely that the "not normal people" will stop breeding. Because of that, looks to me like it is a downhill slide sooner or later. As a child of the 1950s, it is so painful to see "normal" America dying.

  2. Avery Horton says:

"If nothing else, it’s going to be great theater." Yes, government theatre – the appearance of doing something without actually doing anything.

It is a good article and it does represent the Great Divide between the elites and their shills – mainly on the two coasts – and those who actually embrace the values of freedom, rule of law, property rights, and the other foundational bedrock of the country. "Progressivism" is the huge mental illness that is claiming Amerika, and I do not see much hope of the tide being reversed. When filthy criminals like the Clintons are worshipped. morality and reason are kicked to the curb. As Robert said, it is time to look at places beyond the USA – particularly if Hildabeast wins in November.

  4. Heidi says:

How do we get Trump to read this scary scenario (if he loses).

  5. John Abbott says:

I DO hope Trump wins-in a LANDSLIDE! And that he HAS the grassroots support to DEFEAT anyone that stands against him,

I suspect the more compelling theater will be outside the convention, in the streets of Cleveland. Buckle up! ◄Dave►

  7. Robert, I'm glad you are back. I've been wondering about your silence on the Hillary ruling. Your assessment of the situation is once again spot on. America is in a precarious place right now with her evilness on the verge of succeeding. Trump doesn't know that he is his own worst enemy because of his narcissistic personality disorder. It will be difficult to almost impossible to reel him in.

Your articles, like this one should and deserve to be published in the main stream media. Your messages need to get out there. You will no doubt receive support, approval and comments here on your site of faithful followers. But millions should read this. Not hundreds… I do my part by sharing where possible. I encourage all of your followers to do the same…

Even if a triumphant Trump could tame the politically elected, he still has to deal with the "Deep State" and un-elected bureaucrats, many of whom are unionized (which is another travesty altogether). How does a deconstructionist unravel decades of embedded pillaging when faced with this combination obstructions? Especially if he struggles with effectively addressing and communicating with the American public!

    • Blank Reg says:

Rebuilding America will not happen in the space of a single election cycle. And you can't just sit back and expect Trump to do it all by himself. We all have to get off our overfed, undernourished asses, put down the remote, and rout out representatives of the Deep State and unaccountable bureaucrats right where we live, and deal with them directly.

      • theczech says:

You mean as in "petition our government for a redress of grievances?" OK, I try that and let you know how successful I am. In my county, most of the employees are with the SEIU and that is one mean and ugly union! They have erected a multitude of offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out our substance.

  9. markblue says:

There is a possibility that Trump will have more votes than any other presidential candidate, even with the Dems doing their usual voting violations (dead people voting, etc). There is no reason to rely on anything the media says about Trump's unpopularity. If they were smart, they would drop Hillary and support Trump. I KNOW that won't happen, but it's all about $$, and Trump brings in more media viewers than boring Hillary ever would.

I put up 4 Trump "Make America Great" signs, and they were all destroyed within a few hours, so I think many people are not broadcasting about their preference for Trump because they are afraid .Even most big-mouth celebrities are afraid. Fear will be overcome in the voting booth.

  10. Allen Hamm says:

So, Robert, which of those places that you name (Cayman Islands, etc.) will you be moving to if Hillary is elected?

  11. Dordean Lien says:

This is a very good article. I certainly hope people wake up here. We don't need the likes of Hillary. Eight years of giving hand outs is enough. Time some one steps up and tells the free loaders to find employment and then they won't have so much time for negative BS.

  12. Jeremy W says:

Have you ever considered Trump's behavior is calculated with the express reason to hand over the Presidency. Few have access to credit lines as his without working with the establishment.

  13. TNRay says:

As always, an interesting, well written and accurate article by RJR. My first thought when Trump declared his candidacy was that he would be subject to near immediate impeachment if elected. Our system of justice has devolved to the point where everything is as political as the aristocracy decides to make it. So, Hillary skates. SCOTUS Ginsberg declares Trump unfit for office, but readily accepts HRC's lies and cover up of criminal activity. It would be an easy stretch to find some perceived "impeachable" offense if Trump is elected. You can bet that ALL Democrats and plenty of RINOpublicans would relish the carnage they could manufacture. RJR assumes that in that case only massive voter support for Trump would dissuade the RINOs. I agree. Of course, the corrupt press would be absolutely giddy with the circus it would create and the violence it would incite.

  14. david says:

Oh Robert, Trump is the one campaigning on curtailing freedoms, plus if he's so honest, why doesn't he release his tax returns?? His economic policies like tax cuts for the rich and other idiotic ideas like tearing up trade deals have all been discredited by economists, saying they would add trillions to the national deficit. Better think about that move if Trump is elected, not if he loses…

    • Robert Ringer RJR says:

Everything you say is probably true, but you don't get the point of why Trump's election would be a good thing. Heck, if it does nothing more than keep the Face of Evil out of the White House, it would be enough reason to vote for him. Let's slow down the purposeful destruction of the United States first and we can undertake the task of looking for another George Washington later.

  15. John Van Epps says:

I think Comey was coerced into making this case disappear. However, at his press conference, he also laid out line-by-line the entire case against HRC. Because of the detail he provided, he created a huge controversy – and it's obvious the facts refute the recommendation. An excellent article by Bob Cowles on the Facebook page of the 11th Light Infantry Brigade Veterans Association details this quite well. My initial thought was Comey was 'nuts' – but perhaps he is crazy like a fox. The facts just got a public airing, and Congress might well call for an investigation. It's very possible this isn't over yet…

  16. John Fallon says:

    Robert,
Your list left off the two most criminal/treasonous of them all George HW and W. Both of them stacked the deck so well we are still suffering.
PS These two couldn't destroy the country nor can Hillary.
    We will survive!

  17. Marte says:

The very idea of Hillary as president is chilling – terrifying, in fact. I'm praying for a Trump win – and for the establishment politicians to wake up and realize that the voters in this country are more than sick of big government, over-regulation, and all the rest.

Of course, why should they care if they get kicked out of office? They'll still draw huge pension checks. (What lame brain thought THAT ONE up?)

  18. Rocketman says:

I agree with everything that you just mentioned. If "Hell on Earth" Hillary wins it won't be the end of the United States but of western civilization. She will sell us out to the Muslims. I believe that there are enough people now that see her for what she is that Trump will be elected and that the Libertarian Party will become a major player and be in the televised presidential debates. That will be the beginning of the end for the Republican and Democrat parties.

  19. Blemsta says:

Nice analyses. But I have to argue abou one thing: refugees from the Middle East – America made them escape from their destroyed homes without any right, any moral justification, any reason and should accept them all and offer them a possibility to start anew. And, America, stop warring, stop occupying Europe simply to find where to spend your arms.

    • Robert Ringer RJR says:

What you say is true, but practically speaking I think both they and we would be better off if we carved out safe havens for them in their homelands.

  20. Smucko says:

Only one commentator above mentioned the real culprits — CONGRESS!. if you want a return to a constitutional republic, you have to get off your butt, find and elect constitutional Congressmen. Most people think that if they can just get their guy or gal into the White House, then they can just go back to their ballgame and let the White Knight cure what ails us. If you don't want Trump impeached, then you better start giving him a wingman from your Congressional district. Start Now!

I suspect your insights are correct. He unequivocally indicted HRC, which was like saying, "Let the voters decide." It was pretty much a replay of John Roberts.

  24. JOSEPH says:

Trump will win 65% to 35%. Not to brag or anything, I predicted from the beginning that Trump would win the Republican nomination. Everybody laughed. Well I will say that Trump will win the presidency in a landslide. The only thing I can't predict is how effective he can be in congress. He can't do everything all by himself. That's hard to tell. But, Trump will become president.

  25. Moving to a foreign country is fine for those us who are all but finished anyway, but if I were in my prime, I'd prefer having a chance to succeed in my own home country. Here in the Philippines, the foreigner's hands are all-but tied if and when trying "to do business". It can be done, but not as easily as in one's own culture. Being "the foreigner" is tricky, unlike being an American in America. But, as I say, if you are finished competing, it is or can be comfortable to be an "ex-pat" in another country. IF you are the type or temperament. Not everybody is.

  26. This truly is a very scary election..It can be bad with the outcome…Maybe people should just write in a name on the election ballot …But that usually dont work unless enough people do that…Maybe Bernie would win…Him endorsing Hillary DOES in fact go against all he stands for..What the hell is people thinking!? I just hope New Hampshire stays the kinda happy State it is…We have enough outside activities to keep us busy…LOL

  27. Rock Roach says:

Several thoughts here.I think the best possible outcome for a republican president came out of the FBI findings
and the Comey grilling.HRC is the easiest democrat to beat, and she basically just got indicted without being indicted.I sure wouldn't want Biden sneaking into the race(remember the system is rigged vs Bernie) and winning
    over Trump.
And I do feel that Trump is usually correct on his political stances, but the media finds a way to misconstrue what he says or he can say things the wrong way himself at times.
What is hilarious was the media pretending Trump was playing golf at Turnberry in Scotland(not paying attention to his campaign after the Brexit vote) by showing footage from Trump playing golf 2 years earlier.
And a week earlier,Obama was paying homage to victims in Orlando, but was seen the next day riding a bike
at a national park and preaching about climate change.
Btw the polls have been a little scarce lately (Trump now leads by 5 points in my home state of Florida) because Hillary isn't doing so well and even the biased democrat polls are helping her greatly.I'm sure after next week whan Trump leads it will be because of the"bump"'from the republican convention.

  28. patg2 says:

I didn't support Trump to begin with, but now I'm counting on him. The scary part? Your article is right on when it comes to the likelihood of various things. But I'm not free to move if Hellary is elected. Must be nice to have that option. But remember, there's no place to run if we can't keep this nation.

    • Jean says:

You may be freer to move than you imagine – it all depends on the amount of pain you're willing to tolerate. Think about it – those who immigrated to the US from Ireland, Eastern Europe, etc. around the turn of the 20th century bet everything they owned to come here to establish a new life in a new country. Are we that weak-kneed that we don't have the same mental toughness as our ancestors?

I think that many countries would welcome pioneers who bring with them a few material assets, work ethic and the memory of what freedom and self-determination looked like. In the early '90s, Brazil was wide-open to American farmers. Even Bernie Sanders' socialist utopia, Norway, prefers "makers" to "takers" with regard to its immigration policies. If the American voter chooses mediocrity and criminality as its best options, then mass exodus would allow those choosing to reap what they've sown.

The law is for the Dirt People and it will be enforced by the Cloud People, and the Cloud People have OPENLY exempted themselves from any rule of law whatsoever. This is yet another milestone on The Road to Serfdom.

It won't be too much longer before history repeats in a very big way. The Gods of the Copybook Headings will expel the Cloud People back to the dirt. Then is when the Law of Blood shall be enforced right down to the very last letter of the law.

"Then the Gods of the Market tumbled, and their smooth-tongued wizards withdrew
And the hearts of the meanest were humbled and began to believe it was true
That All is not Gold that Glitters, and Two and Two make Four
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings limped up to explain it once more……..

And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins,

Great article! I couldn't agree more. The commentary is also excellent leaving me with stolen thunder! I guess I am stuck with just trying to fight depression over this damn mess we are in. It is too bad that Obama can't eventually be brought to justice for his crimes of sedition against this country. Our larger problem is that it appears most people in America today are not truly educated and have become illiterate in the basics of why our constitution was written and what it really means. Our Christian faith, the cornerstone of of our country's ethos, has largely been abandoned as far as I can tell. I believe this has led to an anything goes, me first mentality that has eaten the soul out of our culture. I personally think there is no way possible to recover from the disastrous policies of the past eight years. I also don't think there is anywhere else to go. You can run, but you can't hide, from the socialist left movement. It is like an incurable disease that lingers until death. So, reality is a she dog! Have a nice day…ya, right!

  31. Kaizen says:

Robert, this is another very interesting piece; but why, in both our great nations, (USA & UK) has the 'asylum been taken over by the inmates' at EXACTLY the same time? (One of your previous papers, 'Is a freedom revolution possible?' is equally relevant to this piece.)
As you know, we have BREXITED. Whether in the long term it's going to be beneficial is anybody's guess. However, the aftermath of the result has seen the most interesting phase in UK politics in a generation. All of a sudden the population is not talking about sport, or summer vacations or the lousy UK weather, but politics. And genuine interest is being shown where previously total apathy was the name of the game. Yet we very nearly had a buffoon for a prime minister in Boris Johnson until he was speedily despatched by one of his arch supporters, who in turn was speedily despatched by members of the Conservative party……..those same members who only a matter of days before were singing his praises! We now have an eminently sensible choice in Theresa May. Why, you ask, is this relevant to the USA? The States is currently faced with a real conundrum…whether to go for Donald (Buffoon) Trump or Hillary (I promise I'll tell the truth) Clinton. Mr Trump is a total enigma and on the world stage is viewed as 'You have got to be joking! ……..This man for President! What? Really!'
When I was kid, I loved American history in school. (The period we undertook was 1860 – 1914.) At that time, there were some stunning characters shaping the future and my hero was a certain Mr Lincoln. To me, he epitomised exactly what a President SHOULD be doing in the exact time that he was doing it. In other words, he was the right man, in the right place at the right time.
In 2016, some 150 years later (and that's all it is!) are you going to get the right person, in the right place, at the right time? Or are you going to get the person that the American public actually deserves at this time? We'll know in around 4 months and my guess is Mr Lincoln will be none too happy!

It won't happen overnight, or all at once, but the Texas independence movement could be the start.

Trump is winning Ohio,Pennsylvania ,and Fla as of today July 13.I think those alone win the election for him.

She can't get anymore black vote than she already has,and the Sanders-Clinton endorsement looks phony.

In addition to living this way, I would turn off all outside world communication. I don't want to know about riots, war, what politicians have to say, and about all the suffering going on in the world. Mostly though, it's about wanting to flee oppressive governmental controls and sanctions, to where the only real freedom left in this world is to drop out and rediscover sanity on the high seas. 39. Raoul in Colorado says:

The wild card is the imminent financial collapse of the U.S. economy unless the system is fixed. Just one element of this involves the $19-trillion national debt where at near 0% interest rate $250-billion is spent annually to service the debt. When the Fed can no longer suppress interest rates (which inevitably will happen) and they return to historic norms (say 4% – 6% range), the annual debt servicing requirement will raise to $1-trillion+ annually. Where’s the government going to get the additional funds necessary to meet the unavoidable increasing interest expense on the debt. If they raise taxes, it will collapse the economy, if they print money it will collapse the dollar. Ancillary to that, any significant increase in interest rates will crash the stock market. Trump is the only one capable of addressing this issue. If it happens on Hillary’s watch, her dreams of socialist utopia are toast.

    B. Trump’s suggestion that the Russians disclose what is in the 30k deleted emails is tantamount to treason, even though they were all just about yoga lessons and wedding plans.

Move your king to one, Hillary…….

Have you made all your moves…?? Are you all done…?? Yes..??
